Poweird Explained
Do you have a bunch of useless tokens in your wallet? Let’s help get those out and exchanged for Poweird. This is how Poweird works.
1
FIND A PROJECT
The first step is to find a project that is either dead, or has been a rug pull, but still has some liquidity left. The projects we find will be suggested by and voted on by the community.
2
CREATE A LIQUIDITY POOL WITH POWEIRD
After we have decided on what project to get the remaining liquidity out of, we will then create a Poweird to token pool on Pancake Swap. We will use a formula that factors in current price of both tokens and remaining liquidity to determine the exchange rate. Poweird will always be worth more then the other token.
3
TRADE IN
Once we have funded the Poweird to token liquidity pool, you will then be able to exchange your old token for Poweird. This will not be a one for one exchange. The pool will remain open until all of the Poweird has been removed via trade in. The only thing you will need to pay for is the BSC gas fee.
4
CLOSE THE POOL
Once all of the Poweird has been depleated, we will then pull all of the project token from the liquidity pool. Any remaining Poweird (even fractions of Poweird) will return to the project wallet. All of the project tokens will be sold to remove any remaining BNB from the project.
5
SELL THE TOKENS
All of the project tokens will be sold. The BNB that is obtained from the sale of the token will be placed back into Poweird’s BNB liquidity pool. After removing the BNB from the project any remaining project tokens will be burned.
6
REINVEST AND START AGAIN
We will start the process all over with the next token. We will use the funds in our liquidity pool to buy the new token, create the Poweird to new token pool and start the process all over again.
Project Requirements
In order to be considered and to ensure the most profitable buy out possible, we have set forth the following guidelines to determine if we will build a liquidity pool with any given project. Each project will be reviewed on a case by case basis, but must meet the minimum outlined below. Each contract will be reviewed by the dev team prior to funding a liquidity pool.
MINIMUM 1 BNB
The project must have a least a minimum of 1BNB in liquidity. Anything less will not be profitiable due to gas fees for creating the liquidity pool, removing the tokens from the liquidity pool and selling the tokens.
BUY AND SELL MUST BE ACTIVE
Many rug pull projects have the ability to turn buy and sell on and off. If either are turned off, we will not be able to sell the token once we are at stage of selling.
SELL TAX CANNOT BE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THAN BUY TAX
If the sell tax is 2% or more higher than the buy tax, it will eat into the profitability. Remember, in order to remove as much liquidity as possible and add it to Poweirds, we need as many tokens as we can get.
CANNOT BE IN PRESALE OR ICO
Projects that are in presale or ICO use special contracts. We are not able to build a liquidity pool with them. They must be out of the presale/ICO phase.
